Opportunity TalentWeb is looking for an experienced Senior Revit Drafter to join an established structural engineering consultancy located near the CBD. This role offers the chance to take ownership of drafting delivery across a strong pipeline of industrial and commercial building projects. Lead structural drafting delivery across a range of industrial and commercial projects. Work hands‑on with Revit to produce detailed structural models and documentation. Collaborate closely with engineers, architects, builders, and other stakeholders. Influence drafting standards, workflows, and BIM processes within the team. Mentor junior drafters and contribute to overall technical excellence. Join a consultancy known for reliable, practical engineering solutions and a strong project pipeline. Responsibilities Produce and manage high‑quality structural Revit models and drawing packages. Translate engineer mark‑ups, sketches, and site information into accurate documentation. Coordinate drawings with external consultants and internal teams. Ensure compliance with relevant Australian Standards, BCA requirements, and QA procedures. Support improved drafting systems, BIM standards, and model management. Assist with planning, timelines, and project delivery. Manage documentation through systems such as Aconex (or similar). About You 5+ years' experience as a Structural Revit Drafter or similar role. Strong structural steel drafting experience (industrial experience highly regarded). High proficiency in Revit and understanding of BIM workflows. Excellent communication skills – confident working with clients, councils, architects, and builders. Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing accurate, buildable drawings. Ability to manage deadlines, prioritise workload, and work proactively within a team.
