About the Role We’re looking for a Senior Account Manager to join our growing Sydney team and manage a portfolio across major events, corporate events and brand activations. In this hands-on role, you’ll work closely with our Head of Client Services to support clients, guide projects and ensure everything runs smoothly from brief through to delivery. This role is about taking pressure off our clients through clarity, care and good communication. You’ll lead proposals and tenders, manage multiple live projects, help shape growth plans and ensure work is delivered on time, on budget and on brief. You’re someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building strong relationships and knows how to keep things moving while staying across the detail. Day-to-Day Responsibilities Manage a portfolio of clients and build genuine long-term relationships Be a trusted advisor to clients, stakeholders and internal teams Deliver events end-to-end, aligned to objectives and executed with care Communicate clearly and consistently across all touchpoints Manage WIPs, agendas, schedules and timelines Track budgets, explain costs and negotiate where needed Forecast and monitor key account metrics Respond to enquiries promptly and professionally Identify opportunities for account growth Navigate challenges with a calm, solutions-focused approach Attend client meetings, site visits and events Add value wherever you can Uphold Seeker Agency’s values and reputation in all interactions Qualifications Strong client service and people skills Established industry relationships and a solid network Strategic thinking and the ability to drive growth Confident negotiation and communication skills The ability to manage multiple projects at once High attention to detail Clear, warm, thoughtful communication Flexibility to travel and work outside standard hours when needed A genuine love of events and brand experiences 8+ years of experience Why Join Us?
