Why You’ll Love This Role The Finance Coordinator is the steady force that keeps our financial operations moving with clarity and precision. This role is all about clean processes, accurate data, and doing the background work that helps the finance team and the wider business make smart calls. You’ll own the Accounts Payable function end‑to‑end, keep our financial systems tidy and reliable, guide the business on correct financial processes, and support daily cashflow and treasury rhythms. You’ll also assist with project accounting, helping ensure our international and local growth plans are backed by strong financial foundations. At its core, this role creates confidence: in our payments, in our reconciliations, in our systems, and in the numbers leaders use to drive BOUNCE forward. How You’ll Make an Impact Own the Numbers: Take charge of the full Accounts Payable process - from supplier setup to final payment - keeping things accurate, efficient, and on time. Build Strong Relationships: Work closely with suppliers and teams across the business, resolving queries quickly and professionally. Keep It Clean & Streamlined: Complete reconciliations, maintain tidy ledgers, and find smarter ways to improve finance processes. Support Smarter Systems: Manage coding structures and data integrity across MYOB Advanced, helping teams follow consistent, correct processes. Drive Financial Accuracy: Oversee daily cashflow, payment runs, and reconciliations, ensuring precision and visibility across all transactions. Support Projects & Reporting: Assist with month‑end tasks and project accounting to keep reporting clear, accurate, and on track. What You’ll Bring to the Team A strong background in accounts payable or financial administration , with a solid understanding of accounting principles. Experience using MYOB, Acumatica, or similar systems , and confidence working across Excel and Microsoft Office. A keen eye for detail – organised, accurate, and dependable, even when juggling multiple priorities. A clear and friendly communicator who builds positive relationships with both suppliers and teammates. A proactive problem‑solver who looks for smarter, better ways to work.
