About the Role We’re seeking an experienced Performance Tester to join one of our large-scale enterprise programs, working across complex SAP S / 4HANA, API, and integration environments. You’ll play a key role in ensuring systems perform at scale by designing and executing performance test strategies that push real-world conditions and deliver actionable insights. In this role, you’ll plan, run, and analyse load, stress, and volume tests, identify performance bottlenecks, and provide clear recommendations to improve stability and scalability. You’ll define and validate Non-Functional Requirements (NFRs) around response times and throughput, and embed your testing into DevOps pipelines for continuous performance feedback. This is a hands‑on opportunity for someone proficient in NeoLoad and SAP performance testing, who enjoys diagnosing issues across high‑volume S / 4HANA transactions, APIs, and Fiori apps — helping enterprise clients deliver fast, reliable, and scalable solutions. Responsibilities Plan, execute, and monitor performance tests (load, stress, volume) across the SAP environment, APIs, and integrations. Analyse performance bottlenecks and provide concrete, actionable recommendations for system improvements. Define and validate Non-Functional Requirements (NFRs) for response time, throughput, and scalability. Integrate performance test execution and results into the DevOps pipeline for continuous feedback. Key Requirements Expert proficiency in NeoLoad (script creation, scenario design, execution, and monitoring). Strong SAP performance testing background, understanding high-volume S / 4HANA transactions and architecture. Proficiency with SAP-specific monitoring tools (e.g., SAP CALM, ST03N) for in-depth analysis. Strong ability to test APIs, integrations, and Fiori application performance.
