This is the next step for a capable Foreman who wants to build complex commercial and industrial projects the right way, with structure, support, and pride in the result. You’ll join a well-established SE QLD builder with over two decades of delivery across the industrial and commercial space. Known for its strong systems, loyal client base, and hands‑on leadership team, this builder takes a practical, people‑first approach to quality and culture. This role is site‑based on a major industrial build in Brisbane’s south: a large‑scale, multi‑tenancy project with full design and construct scope. You’ll be working alongside an experienced Site Manager and Project team in a high‑performing, well‑supported environment. The Role Supporting an experienced Site Manager, you’ll take charge of day-to-day coordination on site, managing trades, upholding safety standards, and ensuring the build runs to program. You’ll assist with look‑aheads, materials planning, and site logistics while maintaining clear communication between site teams and project management. It’s a key role for someone who takes ownership, enjoys problem‑solving, and values doing things properly. The Offer $130,000 - $150,000 + Super (commensurate with experience) Immediate start or pending notice period Monday to Friday (5‑day week) Clear progression pathway into Site Management Backing from experienced, supportive senior leaders What Winning Looks Like Site operations run smoothly, safely, and on schedule Toolbox talks and inductions delivered consistently and clearly Subcontractors and suppliers coordinated effectively with minimal downtime Quality standards met or exceeded across all stages of the build Strong communication and teamwork between site and office Culture built on accountability, pride, and professionalism Responsibilities Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, suppliers, and deliveries Manage daily site safety, inductions, and toolbox talks Support the Site Manager with short‑term programming and sequencing Maintain schedule and quality standards across all trades Ensure compliance with safety and QA systems Provide accurate progress updates to the project team Maintain an organised, clean, and efficient site You Qualified Carpenter with proven commercial or industrial build experience Confident managing safety, quality, and program outcomes Solid understanding of construction sequencing and trade coordination Proactive and solutions‑focused, you stay ahead of site challenges Strong communicator who leads by example Keen to grow under a respected Site Manager and progress to Site Management Why This Role If you’re ready to step up with a builder that backs its people, where quality, teamwork, and growth actually mean something, this is your next move.
