You’ll Be Working On You’ll manage a portfolio of high-value clients, providing the kind of personalized service that transforms trading relationships into long-term partnerships. Your day-to-day work centres on understanding each client's unique needs and delivering solutions that exceed their expectations. Client communication forms the heart of your role – you'll handle sophisticated enquiries through phone and email, providing expert product knowledge that helps clients maximise their platform usage. You'll maintain strict service level agreements whilst ensuring every interaction reflects CMC's commitment to excellence. Other responsibilities include educating clients on our comprehensive product range and platform capabilities, collaborating with internal teams including Dealing and Business Operations to ensure seamless client experiences and participating in client entertainment events, including some evening and weekend commitments. What Type Of Person Will Be Successful We are seeking a results-driven, client-focused professional with over three years of experience in sales, relationship management, or customer service. The successful applicant will possess a strong grasp of global financial markets, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a demonstrated ability to thrive in target-driven settings. A commitment to client outcomes, high ethical standards, RG146 certification, and full Australian working rights are required, with a relevant university degree.
