Be a key contributor to our Learning & Organisational Development team Drive a culture of continuous learning and professional growth across VMCH Access attractive not-for-profit salary packaging benefits About the role As a Learning & Development Administrator, you will play a vital role in enhancing the skills and capabilities of our workforce. Some of your key responsibilities will include: Customer Service: Act as the first point of contact for L&OD inquiries, providing friendly and efficient support to staff and stakeholders Administration: Coordinate and schedule training sessions, manage logistics, maintain accurate training records, and prepare reports Budget Management: Track training expenses and ensure timely processing of invoices Project Participation: Assist with system integrations and the enhancement of training resources About you To be successful in this position, you will possess the following: Advanced Microsoft Office skills Previous administrative experience with a strong customer service focus Excellent communication and interpersonal skills including the ability to communicate and consult effectively with a diverse range of people Strong attention to detail Ability to work independently, show high levels of initiative, prioritise multiple tasks and meet deadlines Willingness to learn new skills and participate in projects that contribute to continuous improvement Why VMCH?
