We Look To Bring On Staff With The Right Attitudes And Values To Provide The Best CARE For Our Residents C ollaboration A ccountability R espect E mpathy About The Role As our Learning & Development Administrator , you will be the backbone of our team, providing administrative support to our Educators and GM Learning & Development. This is your chance to bring your superb organizational skills to support engaging programs, and make a genuine impact in a not-for-profit organisation. What you’ll be doing Providing administration support to our L&D educators Coordinating schedules, bookings, communications and events to keep programs running smoothly Being the go-to person for the L&D team – managing queries and our centralised L&D mailbox Organising the delivery of engaging training sessions – face-to-face and online Reporting on learning outcomes to drive continuous improvement Working closely with external training providers and subject matter experts to deliver specialised programs What you’ll bring We’re looking for someone who is organised, proactive and ready to make a difference. You’ll thrive in this role if you have: A sharp eye for detail and strong organisational and administrative skills The ability to work independently while also collaborating across teams Confidence to manage multiple priorities and deadlines Analytical thinking to interpret training data and suggest improvements A growth mindset, with a willingness to learn and contribute new ideas Qualifications Certificate IV in Business Administration (highly regarded) Certificate IV in Human Resources (or related field) Why Join Us?
