DISPATCH COORDINATOR | TRANSPORT (PHARMA) This business is a major transport provider in the high grade pharmaceutical and medicine logistics industry. The position This Dispatch Coordinator is handling transport bookings, pick ups, drop offs and dispatch for drivers and their medicine and pharmaceutical deliveries. You will be using computers daily for bookings, emails and calls, as well as preparing the small empty boxes which the drivers collect. Your main functions will be: Booking pick ups and drop offs of pharma for drivers 10:00am - 6:00pm work hours, Monday to Friday Coordinating transport of the medicine to be delivered Logging on to the CRM and checking booking requests Computer use daily for bookings, emails, phone Preparing small empty container boxes for drivers Cross checking all documents and notes Liaising with the dispatch team for route and journey Allocating jobs and bookings to the courier team Handling bookings for local courier, national & international General administration and computer system work updating records Central Sydney location near the Airport/Mascot area The benefits Salary $60,000 - $65,000 + 13% Super Premium Tier 1 corporation with career growth Major award winning corporation Full company training and development Supportive people first culture and team A known leader with a trusted reputation Modern facilities The experience needed To be considered for this role; involvement in transport admin, dispatch, fleet control, bookings, warehousing, and organisational part of transport where things are leaving depot/warehouse or related setting. Experience in pathology booking drivers and/or specimen collections, or medicine transport allocating, booking couriers, or organising routing is strongly considered.
