Your Role Support children’s learning and wellbeing in safe, engaging, and nurturing spaces. Collaborate with fellow educators to deliver programs that spark curiosity and joy. Build strong, trusting relationships with children and families. Step into different rooms as needed, supporting continuity of care across the centre. Bring flexibility, positivity and a genuine passion for helping children flourish. What We’re Looking For Certificate III or above in Early Childhood Education and Care (or working towards). Working with Children Check (WWCC). Current Child Protection, First Aid, CPR and Anaphylaxis training (or willingness to obtain). A flexible, positive attitude and availability to cover shifts Monday‑Friday, 6:00am‑6:00pm.
