Financial Controller – Multi-Brand Automotive Dealership

Are you ready to step into a high-profile leadership role within one of Hobart's most dynamic and diverse automotive groups? We’re seeking a Financial Controller to take the reins from the current long-standing FC, who is retiring. This role oversees the full finance function for nine major brands across the Hobart region. You’ll lead a capable team of around 12 finance professionals , working closely with dealership leaders and group executives. The ideal candidate will bring strategic insight, leadership maturity, and a commitment to long-term growth . This is a senior role that offers career stability, lifestyle appeal , and the chance to make a real impact. With the business moving away from legacy systems (Pentana) and transitioning to Tune DMS , you’ll also play a key part in systems evolution and efficiency improvement. Whether you’re already in Tasmania or considering a move from Victoria or interstate, this role presents a rare opportunity to live and lead in one of Australia’s most liveable cities.
