About the Role MTX APAC is seeking a highly skilled and client-focused Technical Consultant with hands‑on experience in ServiceNow to support our clients in implementing, customising, and optimising the observability and IT service management (ITSM). The ideal candidate will have strong experience in application performance monitoring with Dynatrace combined with hands‑on experience in ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, and other ServiceNow modules. Responsibilities Design, develop, and deploy ServiceNow solutions to meet business requirements. Configure core ServiceNow modules, including ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, Incident, Change, Problem, and Service Catalog. Develop custom ServiceNow workflows, business rules, and scripts for automation and process improvement. Develop custom applications and integrations using Flow Designer, Script Includes, Business Rules, UI Policies, and REST APIs. Lead ServiceNow upgrades and patching while ensuring platform stability and compatibility. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable ServiceNow configurations or customizations. Support ServiceNow governance, security, and compliance practices. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement preventative solutions. Document technical processes and create user training materials as needed. Qualifications 7+ years of hands‑on experience working with ServiceNow, including configuration and development. Experience with ITSM and/or ITOM modules and related best practices. Solid understanding of the ServiceNow data model and CMDB structure. Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools like Jira. Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to work independently or in a team. Excellent communication and client‑facing skills.
