Property Network of Australia – Secret Harbour WA Property Network of Australia is seeking a Marketing Executive to join a prominent property investment and funds management group, supporting growth and community engagement across a diverse retail portfolio. We are seeking an individual with previous or current experience in marketing campaign delivery, social media management, and stakeholder engagement within the property or retail sector. As a Marketing Executive, you will support the delivery of national and local marketing campaigns, create and schedule social media content, and coordinate events to drive foot traffic and sales. You will work closely with tenant customers, support their marketing efforts, and help foster strong community connections. The role requires frequent travel between centres and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to ensure campaign success and brand consistency. Key Duties & Responsibilities: Assist in developing and executing strategic marketing plans and budgets Create, schedule, and review engaging social media content for multiple centres Coordinate and implement centre campaigns, activations, and eventsManage advertising collateral, creative assets, and campaign costs Build and maintain strong relationships with tenant customers Analyse campaign performance, turnover, and traffic results The ideal candidate will have: Proven experience in marketing within property or retail environments Strong understanding of branding, campaign management, and customer marketing Proficiency with social media tools, CMS, Meta, Canva, and Google Analytics Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and organisational skills Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple priorities If you think this role is for you and you have the required experience (as detailed above) then please do not hesitate to contact Eddie Reed by submitting your CV and a covering letter and they will be in touch with more information on the role and our client.
