Job Description Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the Technology & Telecoms industry. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients. Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed targets. Conduct market research to identify trends and client needs. Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to stakeholders. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and seamless service delivery. Maintain accurate records of sales activities and forecasts in the CRM system. Represent the company at industry events and networking opportunities on the Sunshine Coast or Townsville. The Successful Applicant A successful Business Development Manager should have: Proven experience in a sales or business development role, preferably in the Technology & Telecoms industry. Exceptional communication and negotiation skills. Strong ability to build and nurture client relationships. A strategic mindset with the ability to identify and act on growth opportunities. Proficiency in using CRM tools to manage sales pipelines effectively. A self-motivated and goal-oriented attitude.
