RhinoSite Pty Ltd – Caboolture Qld RhinoSite is seeking a driven and experienced Business Development Manager to contribute to our growth across Queensland & the eastern seaboard RhinoSite is a turnkey provider of site sheds (including generators, tanks, walkway covers, installation & connection to services) for the energy, water/waste water, road & rail sectors in Australia. Our narrow but deep focus on the 'site compound' make us a trusted partner in the industry. Key Responsibilities New Business Acquisition: Identify, qualify, and secure significant new business opportunities. Consultative Selling: Use excellent questioning skills to ensure you have a deep understanding of customer needs and map those to RhinoSite's capabilities, coaching the customer through the sales process. Key Account Management: Take full ownership of retaining and expanding historical accounts. Strategic Planning & Forecasting: Maintain robust connections with RhinoSite's sales and delivery teams. Contribute to the development of sales budgets and forecasts across all product lines, regions, and channels. Continuously monitor competitor activities and market changes, developing proactive strategies to mitigate challenges and capitalize on emerging opportunities. Utilizing HubSpot CRM for sales pipeline management, client tracking, and reporting is essential. About the role As our Business Development Manager, you will hold ultimate responsibility for growing and retaining RhinoSite's client base across Queensland & the eastern seaboard. This is a crucial, high-impact role focused on achieving rapid, profitable growth and ensuring unparalleled client satisfaction on large-scale ventures. You will achieve this by developing and executing strategic plans that align with our core business objectives, with success measured by major contracts secured, equipment utilization, and revenue generation. What We're Looking For: Proven experience as a self-starter with a commercial acumen and strong customer focus. Demonstrated ability to drive rapid, profitable growth in site accommodation. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and influencing skills at all levels. Demonstrated ability to coach customers through sales journey of 2-6 months. Ability to manage multiple tasks systematically and effectively with strong planning principles. Practically minded, to understand products and applications. A collaborative team player. Valid driver's license is essential. Willingness to travel domestically and interstate to visit customers.
