Overview Textured Concept Foods – Campbellfield VIC At Textured Concept Foods (TCF) , we believe that everyone deserves delicious and dignified dining experiences – including those living with dysphagia. We create innovative texture modified meals that bring variety, nutrition, and joy back to the plate. We're seeking a creative and strategic Marketing Manager to join our team on a part-time basis (2 days per week). This role is ideal for a marketing professional who wants to make a meaningful difference, while bringing strong digital marketing, branding, and campaign management skills to a growing business. What you'll do: Responsibilities Develop and execute marketing strategies to grow brand awareness and sales. Lead the digital marketing strategy to ensure it delivers TCF's strategic objectives. Champion new digital marketing initiatives and technologies to keep TCF at the forefront of industry trends. Manage and optimise our CRM (HubSpot) for email campaigns, automation, and customer engagement. Design compelling digital and print content in Canva to support campaigns, EDMs, and product launches. Work closely with the sales team to create targeted marketing collateral. Oversee social media strategy and content planning. Track, analyse, and report on campaign performance to continuously improve results. Qualifications 3+ years' experience in marketing, preferably in food or healthcare. Proficiency in HubSpot (CRM, email marketing, automation, reporting). Minimum 1-2 years of hands-on experience with HubSpot platform. Strong design and content creation skills with Canva . Intermediate level proficiency in Canva for design and content creation. Excellent communication, storytelling, and brand-building abilities. Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution. A proactive, collaborative, and creative mindset. Australian work rights are required for this position.
