The organisation The Independent Review Office (IRO) is an independent agency with a variety of functions including dealing with complaints, inquiring into and reporting to the Minister on matters arising in connection with the operation of the Workers Compensation Acts and responsibility for the Independent Legal Assistance and Review Service (ILARS) which provides funding to independent lawyers to assist workers obtain legal advice and legal assistance with their workers compensation claims. For more information about the IRO here Primary purpose of the role As a Resolve Enterprise Developer, you will support the development and delivery of high-quality, reliable, reusable and maintainable ICT systems to support the delivery of strategic objectives for the agency. Key Responsibilities Assist in the end-to-end development through build, release, maintenance and enhancement of product features in the IRO CMS Resolve Enterprise System Provide technical expertise to support the enhancement of the quality of solution design specifically in Resolve and delivery to support the ICT / Digital strategy of the business Contribute to the design and testing of products and/or systems to improve quality, reduce operational risk and ensure compliance against agreed standards and guidelines Assist with the resolution of technical risks and issues, and provides product support and problem resolution to minimise the impact of service outages Contribute to developing processes, guidelines and practices to enable high performance of ICT / Digital product, systems and/or network development that supports the product roadmap If you want to be part of the Independent Review Office, we would love to hear from you What we need from you To start your journey towards becoming please click on the link below and attach your resume (max 5 pages) and cover letter (max 2 pages).
