Bared Footwear is seeking an experienced and passionate Podiatrist to join our team in a dynamic role focused on professional engagement, marketing, and brand advocacy. This isn’t your typical podiatry job. You’ll represent Bared within the broader health and wellness community—building relationships, driving referrals, and hosting events to share the story of our supportive, sustainable, and stylish footwear. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES (including but not limited) Building and managing relationships with podiatrists, physios, GPs, and allied health professionals Promoting Bared’s referral program and expanding our healthcare network Attending and presenting at industry events and conferences Hosting events and workshops to connect with the health and fitness community Providing insights from the podiatry world to help shape product and service decisions Manage all communications with our Health Professional database, delivering timely updates on product launches, clinical features, and upcoming events. Lead reporting and insights on HealthPro event performance and our referral program to drive ongoing optimisation. Write podiatry-focused content for the Bared website, blog, and educational resources, ensuring clinical accuracy and brand alignment. Grow and strengthen our HealthPro network across Australia, New Zealand, and emerging international markets. Identify, engage, and manage Health Professional influencers to amplify Bared’s clinical credibility and reach. SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS Minimum 5 years of experience practicing as a qualified Podiatrist A natural connector who loves engaging with new people A self-starter who thrives in a fast-moving, values-driven environment THE BENEFITS A supportive and inclusive work environment.
