We are seeking Home Care Support Workers in Glenfield and surrounding areas including Lurnea, Casula, Prestons, Horningsea Park, Moorebank, Wattle Grove, Holsworthy, Miller, Hinchinbrook, Hoxton Park, Heckenburg, Sadlier, Ingleburn, Leppington, Catherine field, Raby, Eagle Vale, Gregory Hills, Narellan, Leumeah, Ruse, Airds, Bradbury, Rosemeadow, Mount Annan, Menangle Park, Douglas Park, Elderslie, Camden, Appin, Liverpool, Campbelltown. What’s On Offer Contract Type: Permanent Part‑Time or Casual (based on your location and availability) $31.13 – $34.93 per hour (dependent on experience) + 12% super + travel allowance of $0.92 per KM + paid travel time Stable roster & opportunity to work extra hours based on business needs Smartphone and Uniform – ready when you join us A fully supported and paid Induction program Fitness Passport – a discounted gym membership programme for eligible employees and their families Your New Role Help at home: cleaning, laundry, meal preparation, and other essential domestic tasks. Transportation and Personal Care: assist clients with appointments, shopping, social outings, showering, toileting, feeding, etc. Client Awareness: build relationships with clients and families, conduct client observations with ongoing support and training. Safety Practices: adhere to health and safety guidelines and policies to keep yourself and clients safe. Key Requirements Current Australian Driver’s License and ownership of a reliable, comprehensively insured vehicle. Flexibility and availability to work rosters between Monday to Friday . Candidates with experience in personal care and availability from 12 pm to 8 pm are encouraged to apply.
