The role To ensure we continue to provide the best quality products to our customers, we are seeking an experienced Lab Assistant to join our team in a full-time capacity. Responsibilities Collaborate & coordinate testing and documentation. Ensure proper receipt and registration of materials. Coordinate external testing and validation. Uphold compliance with GMP, GLP, and health and safety standards. Test pharmaceutical samples (Herbal raw materials and finished products) using HPLC, GC, IR, UV-spectrophotometer and/or wet chemistry. Maintain and calibrate analytical instruments. Accurately record laboratory data. Ensure general laboratory cleanliness and organisation. Adapt to different situations and troubleshoot as needed. Requirements Bachelor of Chemistry degree. 1‑2 years of experience in a pharmaceutical chemistry laboratory. Proven knowledge and understanding of TGA regulations. Familiarity with PIC/s Guide to GMP is preferred. Outstanding communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Demonstrate analytical thinking and a positive attitude. High attention to detail and excellent time management. Willingness to collaborate and be a strong team player.
