For Everyone.Position OverviewThe Learning & Development Manager will be a key driver in our AI enablement journey, designing and implementing innovative learning solutions that help our people adapt, grow and thrive in a rapidly evolving tech environment. Reporting to our Head of People & Culture for AMER & EMEA, this role will champion our TRUTH values while building capabilities that accelerate our transformation and customer success.Location:This role requires at least three days a week in the Sydney office. The rest of the week can be flexibly split between remote work or coming into the office, whichever suits your workflow best.Key ResponsibilitiesLearning & Development StrategyDevelop and execute a holistic L&D strategy that directly supports our business goals and strategic priorities Translate business strategy into targeted learning initiatives that build critical organizational capabilities Partner P&C and leadership to identify future skill requirements and proactively build talent readiness Establish metrics and measurement approaches that demonstrate L&D's strategic impact and ROI Continuously evolve the L&D strategy to anticipate and address emerging business needs and market changes Innovative Learning Design & DeliveryDevelop and implement a global learning strategy aligned with business goals.
