As the Appointment Confirmations Team Leader, you'll run a team responsible for ensuring customers are fully prepared for their appointments, drive rebook success, optimise schedules, and safeguard the quality of every confirmed appointment. Unlike traditional call centre leadership roles, this position is detail-focused, calm, customer-oriented , and deeply valued within the business. Enjoy Monday–Friday hours ( 9am–5pm preferred ), optional one day Work-From-Home , and the autonomy to run a team that keeps the whole operation moving. About the Role You will lead the team responsible for all appointment confirmations, re-bookings, and calendar accuracy across RESINC Solar. Your work directly impacts customer satisfaction, sales efficiency, and operational flow. Key Responsibilities Team Leadership & Coaching Lead and mentor the appointment confirmation team Provide ongoing coaching and run performance reviews Lead by example - active participation in confirmations Build a culture of accountability, accuracy and care Appointment Quality Management Maintain KPI standards including : 60% rebooking success 60% confirmed appointments meeting all standards Ensure homeowner / decision-maker attendance Verify correct appointment duration and requirements Operational & Scheduling Oversight Optimise daily calendars and travel times Maintain accurate confirmation and rebooking records within CRM Implement improvements to boost productivity & quality Cross-Department Collaboration Work closely with Lead Generation and Outbound Appointment Setting teams Communicate daily insights, trends and issues to Call Centre Manager Resolve quality concerns early to protect downstream outcomes About You You're a great match if you are : Confident leading a small, accuracy-driven team Strong with processes, structures and follow-through Calm, organised and excellent with customer communication Skilled at coaching people toward better performance Familiar with CRM systems and data accuracy Leadership experience in customer service, coordination, scheduling, call centres or operations and solar industry experience is highly regarded. Hours, Location & Salary 38 hours per week, Monday–Friday Preferred 9am–5pm (flexible) One Work-From-Home day per week available Salary : $70,000 – $80,000 depending on experience Location : Newstead QLD Why Join RESINC Solar?
