Join the Stronger Together Foundation, a purpose-driven, not-for-profit organisation, as an experienced Paediatric Occupational Therapist. This is an opportunity to provide meaningful, family-centred therapy to children with developmental delays and disabilities in real-world settings (homes, schools, and community spaces) across The Hills, Hawkesbury, and Blacktown areas. Requirements Deliver individual and group-based occupational therapy sessions in community settings (homes, early childhood centres, schools, etc.) and in the clinic. Manage a diverse caseload, focusing on meaningful, functional, and real-life outcomes for children and their families. Consult with local childcare services and collaborate with a transdisciplinary team (Speech Pathologists, Special Educators, etc.). Participate in continuous professional development, clinical supervision, and have opportunities to contribute to projects or shape the new graduate program. Work Conditions Setting : Community-based (homes, schools, community spaces) and clinic-based. Location : Servicing The Hills, Hawkesbury, and Blacktown areas (local candidates preferred). Flexibility : Flexible workdays with the option to condense the working week; travel capped at 30 minutes. Support : Formal supervision, regular team meetings, collaborative team culture, and manageable goals / caseload targets. Role Type : Open to Full-Time, Part-Time, or Contractor arrangements.
