What We’re Looking For Enjoy having variety in their day Passionate about providing an excellent service Build positive relationships with clients and families Can handle small setbacks without taking it personally Comfortable working independently and solving everyday problems Role Responsibilities General housekeeping: cleaning, mopping, vacuuming floors, laundry, meal prep, grocery shopping Personal care: assisting with mobility, shower, dressing, assisting with therapy goals, providing complex care for high care needs such as dementia Social and emotional support Transport to lifestyle activities or appointments Help family carer break or other opportunities Benefits Guaranteed hours and shifts Pay rate $32.86 per hour + Super Paid KM's Employee benefits program + salary packaging up to $18,550 tax free each year Accelerated learning programs to gain professional qualifications (Certificate 3). Paid CPR and First Aid courses.
