Human Resources Business Partnering Executive Manager Join Commonwealth Bank to apply for the Human Resources Business Partnering Executive Manager role. Human Resources are the custodians of the employee lifecycle – from acquiring talent, through leadership development and training, internal mobility, employee relations, to remuneration and benefits programs. Focus areas include talent management & succession planning, driving high‑performing teams, workforce planning, organisational change management, leadership coaching, organisational effectiveness, diversity and engagement. Do work that matters The purpose of this role is to provide outstanding service, excellent advice and intuitive solutions to help senior leaders build and maintain an effective workforce. You will champion utilisation of employee and manager self‑service HR services, policies and procedures. This role partners with EGMS across Business Banking and reports to the General Manager HR, BB. The role partners with senior business leaders and key HR teams to design and implement people strategies that drive measurable results and engage a superior workforce. Qualifications 10+ years of experience in Human Resources, with 5+ years as an HR Business Partner Substantial, relevant experience within human resources or a related field High calibre advisory, communication and stakeholder management skills with proven ability to influence senior leaders Strong commercial acumen and business knowledge Ability to understand and interpret business data and strategy Proven ability to manage competing and complex tasks Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills that create insight Track record of effectively advising and coaching leaders on key business and strategic HR drivers Successful design and implementation of strategic and transformational people initiatives Thorough understanding of current best practice people, culture & engagement methodologies Risk mindset – proactively identify and address current and future risks Relevant tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or related field; postgraduate qualifications desired but not essential Employment details Seniority level: Mid‑Senior Employment type: Full‑time Job function: Human Resources #J-18808-Ljbffr
