Muscle Mat is one of Australia’s fastest growing home & lifestyle brands, operating across Australia, New Zealand, and the United States. We’re scaling fast and we’re now looking for a Performance Ads Manager who can own our paid growth engine end to end. This is not an agency role. This is a high impact position inside a fast moving team where your decisions directly move revenue. Full Time - Hybrid Coogee Office The Role You will be responsible for planning, executing, scaling, and optimising paid acquisition across: Meta Google Ads TikTok + TikTok shop (USA) Your work will directly shape how fast the business grows. Your responsibilities include: Manage & scale campaigns with strict ROAS targets Build, analyse, and optimise full funnel acquisition strategies Run structured creative testing (hooks, angles, copy, formats) Audit accounts weekly and identify growth opportunities Track budgets, pacing, and efficiency across all platforms Work with our developer team on landing pages and CRO experiments Own the performance reporting and insights This role has real ownership. We want someone who treats the ad account like their own P&L. About You You MUST have: 2+ years managing Meta AND Google at scale Experience managing $100k+ monthly spend at a minimum. A proven track record of scaling accounts profitably Strong analytical ability Confidence briefing creatives and directing content based on data Understanding of funnels, CRO and acquisition journeys A proactive, take ownership mindset If you’ve only boosted posts or run $2k/month agency accounts — this is not for you.
