ATTN: Google Ads Specialist (Performance Marketing) Insil is a fast‑growing digital marketing agency working with some of Australia’s leading brands across e‑commerce, property, fitness, technology and more (including names like Toyota, Suzuki, Ray White, DoorDash, Square, F45). We’re looking for a skilled Google Ads Specialist to join our performance team and help us build and optimise high‑performing campaigns for our clients. Opportunity You’ll be responsible for planning, implementing and optimising Google Ads campaigns that drive measurable results. This role suits someone who: Enjoys working in a fast‑paced, growth‑focused environment Takes ownership of performance and client outcomes Likes using data to make smart decisions and improve results over time Wants ongoing training, development and genuine career progression Key Responsibilities Develop and implement Google Ads and SEM strategies across a range of clients Build, manage and optimise campaigns (Search, Shopping, Performance Max, etc.) Conduct ongoing analysis of campaign data to identify trends, risks and opportunities Build & support SEO & organic strategies across client accounts Manage budgets, bids and keyword strategies to achieve client KPIs Prepare and present performance reports, insights and recommendations Communicate with clients regarding campaign performance, priorities and next steps Collaborate with internal team members on landing pages, tracking and overall funnel performance Contribute to testing, innovation and experimentation within accounts About You To be successful in this role, you will have: Minimum 2+ years’ experience managing Google Ads campaigns Strong analytical skills and confidence working with numbers and data Solid understanding of keyword research, bidding strategies and account structure Excellent written communication skills and strong English grammar Ability to think creatively and propose new testing ideas or performance strategies Basic‑intermediate knowledge of Shopify and WordPress (or willingness to learn) A proactive mindset with strong attention to detail and follow‑through Comfortable working to deadlines and managing multiple accounts at once What We Offer Competitive salary, commensurate with experience and impact Hybrid work options – work from our North Sydney office and/or from home Ongoing training and development, including support to grow both technically and professionally Exposure to well‑known Australian and global brands Supportive, high‑performance team environment Regular team events and activities Culture & Working Style We are a performance‑driven agency that moves quickly and sets high standards for ourselves.
