Join us in our purpose to keep farmers, farming Job Description About the Role We’re looking for a positive and hands on Service Foreman to lead our small but talented team of service technicians in Cleve. This is a full‑time, permanent role where you’ll combine your skills as an experienced Diesel Mechanic with your passion for leading people and delivering great customer service. You’ll be confident in scheduling work, managing systems and purchase orders, and ensuring your team is supported to deliver exceptional service to our customers. Importantly, you’ll lead by example with a hands‑on approach. At Emmetts, you’ll work with industry-leading John Deere machinery and technology in an organisation that is passionate about the future of farming. Our Cleve branch plays a vital role in the community, servicing broadacre farmers across the region. What you’ll bring Trade Qualification in Agricultural Mechanical Technology (or equivalent) Proven leadership experience Strong background as a Diesel Mechanic Excellent customer service and communication skills Problem-solving and innovation skills Current Australian Driver’s Licence Unrestricted working rights in Australia Why Join Emmetts?
