Job Description Location: Sydney or Melbourne This role is open to Australian citizens only About the Role As Bid Manager you’ll be instrumental in securing new business and expanding existing client relationships through the delivery of major bid submissions. Reporting to the Bid Director you’ll lead the end-to-end bid process from strategy development and stakeholder engagement to final submission and review. Your scope will include: Developing win strategies and bid content aligned with client needs Managing bid timelines resources and compliance with governance processes Collaborating with subject matter experts across the business Presenting bid components to clients and supporting contract reviews Driving innovation and continuous improvement in bid quality and delivery Supporting the development of operational playbooks and client collateral About You We’re looking for a confident and experienced Bid Manager who thrives in a fast‑paced collaborative environment.
