About the role
As an Account Manager, you will be at the forefront of driving revenue growth and expanding market share within your designated sales portfolio across Direct clients and Independent Agencies. You’ll build and nurture strong relationships with key clients to secure incremental revenue while also identifying and capitalising on new business opportunities. You will champion the Are Media sales narrative in market, providing deep customer and media brand knowledge matched with commercial acumen across both print and digital media as it relates to Are Media’s business objectives.
Duties

Responsible for sound management of designated clients and agencies ensure budget target is achieved or exceeded.
Prospect, identify and convert new business opportunities to secure revenue.
Responsible for being the liaison between client and brand and commercial solutions.
Sound working relationships are maintained with internal and external stakeholders.
Communicate and manage effective forecast conversion of pipeline opportunities.
Present advertising and promotional solutions that meet the needs and expectations of the agency/client, whilst appropriately representing each of the Brands included
Tailor opportunities for client portfolio in conjunction with brand teams
Presenting, negotiating, and closing Are Media solutions with clients

Skills and experience
You will bring at least 2 years of experience in media sales, with a strong emphasis on digital and magazine sales. This role offers an exciting opportunity to be part of Are Media’s success, driving growth and innovation in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Highly focussed, results oriented and achieves targets and goals.
Strong enthusiasm for media and advertising demonstrated through understanding and knowledge of media market.
Confident in uncovering, hunting and chasing revenue opportunities.
Strong presentation skills with the ability to effectively negotiate with both internal and external groups.
