Job Description We are currently seeking a HSEQ Administrator to join our team and support the ongoing development and implementation of our IMS and HSEQ initiatives. Key responsibilities Promote positive HSEQ performance and culture by collaborating and mentoring people on all matters relating to health, safety, environment and quality. Administer and implement the Integrated Management System (IMS) certified to ISO 45001, ISO 14001 and ISO 9001. This includes but not limited to the preparation, maintenance, and implementation of: The Master Document Register (MDR) Procore and other online platforms Various HSEQ policies, procedures, registers, forms, and management plans Preparation of HSEQ reports Assist project teams with the preparation of project specific HSEQ documents to be uploaded and current on our online platforms. Support the Pre-Contracts department with compilation of bids, completed project reports, CVs and other documents that may form part of the tender process. Organise various employment medicals within required timeframes. Generate HSEQ reports for management review. To be successful in this role, you will have the following Demonstrated experience in an administrative position (document control, exposure to auditing procedures etc.), preferably in the civil construction industry. A minimum of 1-2 years of administrative experience in a professional environment. Knowledge and understanding of the purpose of Integrated Management Systems. Working knowledge of ISO management systems including their implementation and maintenance. Strong understanding of risk management principles and HSEQ management systems. Interest in, or progress towards a Cert III or IV in Safety would be desirable. Understands and embraces the importance of health, safety, environment, and quality. Highly organised, detail-oriented, and committed to ensuring compliance and continuous improvement. Current and valid Driver's Licence.
