Responsibilities Reporting & Analysis: Develop analytical models, leveraging statistical and database tools to deepen market understanding and enhance business decision-making processes. Analyse market trends and competitor pricing to identify opportunities for growth. Business Partnering: Work collaboratively across the Sales and Operations community to ensure the profitability of all contracts. Support the Accounting & Finance department with financial analysis related to pricing. Ensure regular communication with other Pricing & Analytics team members and their key stakeholders to ensure a consistent and profitable overall pricing approach that align with operational goals. Assist in the preparation of pricing presentations and reports for stakeholders. Drive the application of value-based pricing strategies. Ensure integrity of commercial/standard contract terms associated with price offers. Establish the most appropriate current and future costs to be used in the assessment of customer contract profitability. Monitor and report on pricing performance and profitability metrics. Process Improvement Accountable for driving improved business performance through pricing elements of customer contracts for an assigned portfolio. Provide data-driven recommendations to improve pricing models. Profile You're detail‑oriented, inquisitive, and commercially savvy Degree in Business, Accounting, Finance or Mathematics 1-3 years' experience in pricing, financial analysis, or commercial roles Strong analytical and problem‑solving ability with commercial awareness Comfortable working with large datasets and delivering clear, actionable insights Collaborative mindset with the ability to partner across teams Must have full Australian working rights Job Offer Competitive salary package between $100,000 and $120,000 AUD.
