Key responsibilities for this role include: Responsibilities Maintain and update warehouse records , including inbound/outbound shipment logs. Prepare delivery notes, invoices, GRNs (Goods Received Notes) , and other documentation. Track inventory levels and assist with regular stock audits. Coordinate with transportation providers, suppliers, and customers regarding deliveries and dispatch. Communicate with warehouse supervisors and floor staff to ensure smooth workflow. Follow up on order status, shipment delays, and stock discrepancies. Monitor incoming and outgoing shipments to ensure correct quantities and documentation. Assist in planning daily warehouse operations , including scheduling and resource allocation. Support inventory control by identifying shortages, overstock, and damaged goods. Ensure all warehouse operations follow company policies, safety standards, and regulatory guidelines. Maintain records of safety checks, equipment inspections, and compliance reports. Handle emails, phone calls, and office communication within the warehouse. Order and manage warehouse office supplies. Assist with report generation for management (daily, weekly, monthly reports). #J-18808-Ljbffr
