Are you a driven, high-performing Business Development Manager looking for a role with great leads and a great team culture? We have opportunities across several offices in Lake Macquarie and the Central Coast. This role gives you access to a large sales team across multiple offices with a premium brand. McGrath is a leading real estate agency known for our exceptional service, market expertise and commitment to our community. In the role of Business Development Manager your key mandate will be to manage and generate leads and convert appraisals to new managements through professional advice and your ability to build strong rapport with potential landlords/investors. Responsibilities Generate and convert new business opportunities across your business development area Partner with multiple offices and leverage leads from a highly active sales team Build and nurture long-term relationships with landlords, investors, sales agents and referral partners Conduct presentations to prospective clients, displaying our premium property management services Manage the listed to leased process for business brought on Monitor local market trends to identify opportunities Build the agency's reputation as a trusted, professional and client focused business Qualifications A proven record of success in Business Development or Real Estate Sales A current NSW Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence A driven, energetic and results focused mindset Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship building skills Immaculate presentation and a professional client first approach A valid driver's licence and vehicle Strong presentation skills and confidence in conducting rental appraisals The ability to work independently and manage a growing pipeline Candidate Profile The ideal candidate for this role will be a 'people' person with strong communication skills and high levels of initiative and drive. #J-18808-Ljbffr
