ResponsibilitiesStrategic Leadership and Direction:

Develop and implement the professional services strategy, aligning it with the organisation's overall objectives.

Drive revenue growth and profitability for the professional services function.

Identify and pursue new business opportunities, expanding the service portfolio and client base.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including executive management, clients, and industry partners.

Represent the professional services function at industry events and conferences, contributing to thought leadership.

Operational Management and Oversight:

Oversee the management of all professional services teams and projects.

Develop and implement operational processes and procedures to ensure efficient delivery of services.

Manage resource allocation, budgets, and financial performance across the department.

Monitor project risks and issues, escalate as needed, and implement corrective action.

Ensure high-quality deliverables and client satisfaction across all engagements.

Talent Management and Development:

Attract, recruit, and retain top talent for the professional services team.

Foster a high-performing culture that promotes development, innovation, and collaboration.

Implement training and development programs to enhance the skills and expertise of the team.

Mentor and coach senior managers and staff, preparing them for leadership roles.
