Job Overview Partner Marketing Specialist role at Prospa, based in Sydney, NSW. Mid‑level seniority, full‑time. Focus on developing and delivering comprehensive partner communication journeys to drive partner awareness, engagement, and continued use of Prospa products. Key Responsibilities Design lifecycle programs to drive partner activation and continued engagement using Braze. Develop creative messaging and communication plans for Intermediary Channels to attract and engage partners. Collaborate with the PR Manager on content and trade press engagement. Deliver communication across one‑to‑one channels including app/portal messages, push notifications, email, SMS, live chat, and calls. Work with Product teams to optimise partner experience, especially automated journeys. Act as Business Lead for the MarTech platform (Braze and Segment) and serve as subject‑matter expert on data flows. Provide reporting, analysis and recommendations for campaign improvement. Required Qualifications 5+ years of marketing experience focused on CRM and Marketing Automation. Experience in Channel Marketing, specifically marketing through Intermediary Channels. Strong experience with Salesforce CRM or similar systems. Proven ability to work in fast‑paced sales environments and cross‑functional teams. Strong analytical, technical, and execution skills with keen attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Passionate about delivering growth through an exceptional partner experience. Delivered cross‑functional projects with product and sales teams.
