The role focuses on execution and delivering excellence and continual improvement in marketing activities that support Australian business goals. The specialist will report to the Marketing Manager Australia – Global Corporate and Specialty, bringing the right specialist capabilities to support key projects. What the day will look like Work closely with the Australian Marketing Lead to manage business priorities, optimize impact and revenue opportunity, and deliver effectively on the marketing plan. Create and run locally relevant campaigns that align to the business priorities. Develop strong relationships with business stakeholders to best understand objectives and approaches that support their business needs. Deliver campaigns using the full marketing mix while showing curiosity and innovation to continually try new approaches in a structured test environment. Adapt and adjust global campaign material to deliver relevant content and campaigns to the Australian audience. Report on local demand‑focused programs. Skills and experience that will lead to success Background in B2B marketing with experience in content and digital marketing, plus an understanding of event marketing as part of wider campaign techniques. Experience working in an environment where a strong relationship with sales is critical. Comfortable working without direct reports but skilled at organizing teams from other specialist marketing functions to support key projects. Brings high energy to the region and a drive to get things done. Strong history of integrated campaign delivery with tangible results.
