About the role We are seeking an experienced Pre‑Site Operations Manager to join our construction business, based at our Derrimut office. This is a key leadership role responsible for managing and coordinating all pre‑construction functions to ensure a smooth transition from sales to site commencement. Reporting directly to the General Manager, you will oversee and lead the Estimating, Drafting and Building Administration teams, driving performance, accountability and continuous improvement across pre‑site operations. What you’ll be doing Lead, mentor and manage the Estimating, Drafting and Building Administration teams Oversee pre‑site workflows to ensure projects progress efficiently, accurately and on time Implement and maintain systems, processes and KPIs to improve productivity and quality Work closely with Sales, Construction and Finance to ensure seamless handover to site Identify risks, bottlenecks and opportunities for improvement within pre‑site operations Ensure compliance with company standards, contracts, policies and relevant regulations Provide regular reporting, forecasting and insights to the General Manager What we’re looking for Proven experience in a senior pre‑construction, operations or management role within the construction or building industry Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple teams and competing priorities Excellent organisational, communication and problem‑solving skills Sound understanding of estimating, drafting and pre‑site administration processes Results‑driven with a focus on continuous improvement and team development What we offer Supportive and fun workplace culture A senior leadership role with real influence and autonomy Attractive salary package Opportunity to be a part of a growing business and contribute to its future growth Please note only shortlisted candidates will be contacted. #J-18808-Ljbffr
