Role Overview We are seeking a dynamic and technically proficient Presales Solutions Consultant with deep expertise in Microsoft technologies . This role is pivotal in bridging the gap between our technical offerings and client needs, particularly in the areas of Microsoft 365, Azure, and related licensing and infrastructure solutions. You will work closely with Business Development Managers (BDMs), clients, and vendors to design, validate, and present tailored Microsoft-based solutions. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with BDMs to understand client requirements and craft Microsoft-centric solutions. Prepare and validate technical proposals, solution designs, and Bills of Materials (BOMs). Engage with Microsoft and other vendors to ensure solution accuracy and alignment with best practices. Deliver compelling technical presentations and product demonstrations to clients. Support the sales cycle by addressing technical queries and objections. Stay current with Microsoft product updates, licensing models, and partner programs. Assist in the preparation of RFPs, RFIs, and tender responses. Maintain strong relationships with Microsoft and other strategic partners. Identify opportunities to enhance the pre-sales process and client engagement. Required Qualifications Proven experience in a pre-sales or solutions engineering role with a focus on Microsoft technologies. Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Azure, and licensing structures. Familiarity with networking components (switches, firewalls, cabling) is a plus. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Experience with procurement and quoting tools is advantageous. Preferred Qualifications Microsoft certifications (e.g., AZ-104, MS-700, MS-900). Experience working with Cisco, Sophos, or Palo Alto solutions. Background in IT infrastructure or cloud consulting.
