Content Creator Position at Sorry Thanks I Love You THE OPPORTUNITY Sorry Thanks I Love You is one of the most ambitious concept stores in the world, and we’re looking for a Content Creator to join our team on a full-time basis. ABOUT SORRY THANKS I LOVE YOU Sorry Thanks I Love You is a multidimensional project that exists to nurture and inspire via a mash-up of fashion, coffee, design, and art delivered through a range of experimental spaces. With a culture of excellence and a focus on ideas through experimentation and exploration, our foundation is centered around storytelling and community-building. Our flagship store and hospitality space is located in the heart of Sydney CBD. We work with brands like Comme Des Garçons, Issey Miyake, Acne Studios, Dover Street Market, Maison Margiela, and Dinosaur Designs, among others. It’s a world-class curation that has garnered recognition from leading media outlets worldwide. WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR We nurture our team for the long term, focusing on career development aligned with individual trajectories. Our team members tend to stay with us for years, not months, and we rarely hire. This is a rare opportunity to join a small, ambitious team committed to experimentation, exploration, and excellence. Responsibilities The candidate will work closely with the Fashion Marketing Coordinator and leadership team to create and publish multimedia content for social media and digital platforms, aligning with our marketing strategy to promote Sorry Thanks I Love You, its brands, and activities. The goal is to grow our community, increase brand awareness, and meet sales targets. Main Duties The main duties include: Creating professionally produced content (text, images, videos, podcasts) that aligns with our events program and positions Sorry Thanks I Love You as a premium fashion destination. Planning, scheduling, and publishing content across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, Little Red Book, and WeChat. Writing and updating marketing copy, including blog posts, press releases, EDMs, and website content for online and offline channels. Collaborating with retail teams and stakeholders to develop relevant, timely content in line with strategic goals. Analyzing sales data in partnership with the Fashion Marketing Coordinator to refine content strategies. Applicants should have at least five years of professional content creation experience, with a minimum of three years in the international fashion industry, preferably in marketing roles. Experience with global brands related to our portfolio and overseas work experience are essential. Postgraduate qualifications and over 12 months of fashion styling experience, ideally in retail, are required. The salary range is $70,000 to $75,000 per annum.
