Demonstrated experience designing and implementing solutions and services utilising hyper-scale public cloud providers (e.g. Microsoft, AWS) technologies and services. Demonstrated experience in implementing ICT outsourcing arrangements, including experience in requirements development, tender evaluation, contract negotiation, and service implementation. Demonstrated experience in implementing enterprise computing services within Government. Previous experience in working with a wide range of complex and intertwining issues to identify paths to resolution. Ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical teams to identify gaps in strategy, delivery, and capability, resolve complex issues and seek consensus. Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively communicate to stakeholders, executive and technical staff. The ability to present information and communicate expectations across conflicting priorities/workloads.
