Motel Guest Services / Front Office - Casual Muswellbrook Motor Inn | 2pm–8pm | Monday to Friday We're looking for a friendly, organised, and customer‑focused individual to join our team as a Casual Guest Services / Front Office staff member at Muswellbrook Motor Inn . Hours Monday to Friday, 2:00 PM – 8:00 PM (casual, between 12 - 24 hours/week) Location Muswellbrook Motor Inn, Muswellbrook NSW Your Key Responsibilities Will Include Greeting and checking in guests with warmth and professionalism Managing bookings and updating reservation systems Responding to guest enquiries (phone, email, and in-person) Handling payments and issuing receipts/invoices Coordinating with housekeeping and management Laundry duties and preparing linen To Be Successful, You’ll Need Previous customer service or front office experience (hospitality preferred) Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsBasic computer literacy and confidence using booking systems Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks A positive attitude and a calm, friendly approach under pressure Why work with us?
