The Position This role will be responsible for managing a network of Battery World franchises across New South Wales and the Australian Capital Territory. You will need to develop strong relationships with your franchisees as you will be responsible for managing and coaching your franchisees across all areas, including: Operational Compliance Marketing and Promotions You will be the foremost support person for each of your franchisees, imparting guidance and advice when required, as well as assisting with training and development of franchisees and their staff. This position will allow you to work from home with frequent travel required to visit all our Franchisees located in New South Wales and the Australian Capital Territory. Experience Experience in a multi-site/dealership environment (preferably franchise-based) Experience in retail sales within a specialty retail sector (with exposure to associated areas such as merchandising, staff management WH&S etc.) Excellent stakeholder and relationship-management skills Small Business Management qualifications and/or experience which will support the mentoring role; particularly in the areas of business planning and development (desirable) Why us?
