Woodhouse Timber Location: Victoria - Regional (with travel across Australia) Full-Time Role Lead, Grow, and Shape the Future of Trade Sales Across the Region Woodhouse Timber is looking for an experienced Regional Account Manager to drive growth and performance across key trade channels, including Independents and Bunnings Trade. This hands‑on role is responsible for executing trade sales strategies, fostering strong client relationships, and meeting state sales objectives. About the Role As a Regional Account Manager (RAM), you will build strong relationships with key clients, execute sales plans, and identify growth opportunities to achieve sales targets and KPIs. You will work closely with internal teams to ensure alignment and drive opportunities across the business, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. Key Purpose Lead the execution of the sales process from start to finish, ensuring customer satisfaction and achieving company objectives. Develop and manage regional sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets. Work closely with internal teams to ensure alignment and drive opportunities across the business. Use CRM systems to improve sales performance and customer management. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, proactively identifying opportunities for growth. Provide feedback and market insights to management for strategic decision‑making. Attend industry events and stay ahead of market trends to identify opportunities for expansion. Qualifications & Experience Minimum 5 years of professional sales experience, ideally in the building products industry. Strong relationships with Bunnings and Buying/Procurement Groups highly regarded. Proven ability to network, build client relationships, and develop long‑term sales strategies. Demonstrated success in driving sales results and managing performance metrics. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite. Tertiary qualification in Business or Commerce desirable. Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel regionally and occasionally interstate. Why Woodhouse Timber?
