About the role We are currently recruiting passionate Disability Support Workers to support our clients that require 24/7 support in the home, to join established teams across Sydney, NSW. Your experience with complex client care, particularly spinal injuries, will ensure you develop, learn, and make a difference. Your role will involve but not limited to assisting with day‑to‑day tasks such as personal care, bowel care, domestic assistance, meal preparation and manual handling. You will be able to have access to a variety of consistent shifts (Day, Afternoon & Weekends) and ensure a work life balance is your number one priority whilst also making a huge impact to our client’s life. Training sessions with our experienced allied health and nursing team will ensure you have the knowledge and support required to succeed. About you To join our team, you will have the following skills and experience: Spinal Injury experience (Preferred) First Aid Certificate NDIS Worker Screening Check Working with Children’s Check Cert 3 or 4 in Disability, Aged or Community Australian Driver’s License You are a great communicator and be able to work within an amazing team of experienced and passionate people.
