This is an entry level position with ongoing support through training and beyond. Great Working Hours: Rotating schedule Monday to Friday between 7 AM and 7 PM, with Saturdays 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM. What You'll Be Doing Answer inbound calls from everyday customers, representing and promoting a wide range of Telstra products and services. Provide expert advice tailored to customer needs and lifestyles. Use effective communication skills to empathize with and understand customers. Confidently de-escalate any customer grievances. Be flexible with hours to ensure we’re there when our customers need us.
