What you’ll do: We are looking for a Category Manager – Cosmetics to manage one of our largest and most innovative portfolios. This role offers the opportunity to drive high levels of innovation and navigate a fast‑paced, high‑churn environment. As the Category Manager, you will develop and maintain strategic relationships with our key suppliers, ensuring the growth and success of our beauty category. You will also lead both macro and micro space reviews, tackling significant projects that shape the future of our offerings. Other responsibilities include: Lead the development and execution of the Cosmetics category strategy, leveraging insights to deliver curated ranges and innovative marketing plans. Own the category P&L, driving budgeted and unbudgeted revenue growth. Partner with suppliers and internal teams to negotiate beneficial terms and deliver compelling promotional programs. Analyse complex customer and market data to identify trends and opportunities for growth. Champion innovation and positive disruption to keep our offering fresh and exciting. If you thrive in a challenging, high‑impact role and are passionate about the beauty industry, we would love to hear from you What you’ll bring: Proven experience as a Category Manager, Buyer, or Merchandise Manager Desirable experience in the pharmaceutical industry, with an understanding of government and scheme compliance requirements Excellent analytical skills to draw insights from complex customer data and present these alongside creative solutions Excellent communication skills with proficiency in MS Office Extensive procurement/category management background and knowledge of best practices A strong understanding of inventory management processes, including demand planning, forecasting, and supplier management Tertiary qualification in Business, Finance/Procurement, Marketing, or Retail Why us?
