In minutes, you can create an online group card, collect money for a gift, or send an eGift Card – without the usual back‑and‑forth. We’re founded by two Sydney women, Ali and Julie, who wanted to disrupt gifting: one gift that’s really wanted and less waste along the way. Ten years on, we’ve grown to 1M+ users, while keeping the energy and ambition of a start‑up. The Role We’re looking for a hands‑on, savvy Growth Marketing Manager with broad skills in digital marketing to drive customer acquisition, engagement and retention across our paid, owned and earned channels. This is a 6‑month contract based in Sydney, with the potential to extend. If you’re equal parts creative and analytical, enjoy the freedom of a start‑up (no red tape) and love the thrill of finding clever ways to grow – this role is for you. You’ll have the joy of working with customers who LOVE the product because it helps them do beautiful things for others. Key Responsibilities Plan, build and execute email marketing campaigns from end to end. Optimise lifecycle journeys to improve engagement, conversion and retention. Test, track and report on performance to continually improve outcomes. Manage website content updates for accuracy and CRO. Use SEO insights to create and optimise the website to increase visibility and traffic. Collaborate with UX and dev teams to optimise the user journey. Lead and execute multi‑channel campaigns for gifting occasions and product launches. Manage timelines, assets, targeting, reporting and optimisation. Plan and execute targeted activations and events (e.g. conference sponsorships). Budget management. Identify and execute growth opportunities across paid, owned and earned media. Develop retention strategies to drive frequency. Create and manage customer engagement activities to drive brand loyalty. Drive growth in the Australian market while supporting our international expansion. Research market trends, audience insights and competitive activity to inform campaigns. About You 5+ years’ experience in marketing. Strong understanding of email marketing tools, CRM and SEO. Experience in planning and executing multi‑channel campaigns. Experience creating assets (Canva) and writing copy that is on brand and engaging. Thrives in a fast‑paced, small team and collaborative environment. Native English speaker or fluent enough to write compelling copy. Working at GroupTogether Hybrid work: 2 days per week in our Sydney office, 3 days WFH.
