basis.Reporting to our Executive Director Regional Leader, you will be instrumental in ensuring the 22-bed home is fully occupied, meeting accreditation standards and cultivating a stable and positive workplace culture for staff. Your advanced clinical and leadership experience will be vital to ensuring we provide safe, effective, and high-quality care to our aged-care residents.Your well-honed communication, assessment, and problem-solving skills are easily demonstrated when managing an aged care facility and leading inter-disciplinary teams, implementing Quality Management and Continuous Improvement programs well as when providing relationship-centred care that ensures the dignity and respect of all residents.Now... to ensure our residents and staff at
