East Bendigo VICEmployment Type: Permanent full-time (Monday to Friday) Join Our Customer Service Team Apiam Animal Health is one of Australia’s leading rural veterinary businesses, with over 80 sites and a company of over 1200 people. We are currently seeking a full-time Customer Service Professional to join our dedicated team at Head Office in Bendigo. This role has been created to support our team while we embed exciting business improvement initiatives. If you are detail-oriented, proactive, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we’d love to hear from you About the Role Workdays: Monday to Friday Office-based role Immediate start available for the right candidate Key Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer service across multiple channels Manage multiple shared inboxes and respond to customer queries efficiently Process orders from email, fax, and website platforms Maintain and update multiple databases and spreadsheets Liaise with internal and external stakeholders including warehouses, clinics, and producers Print labels, enter cash sales, and receipt payments Ensure compliance with standards and regulations Keep customers informed of new products and price movements Build and maintain strong customer relationships Key Selection Criteria Strong attention to detail and accuracy Excellent verbal and written communication skills Proven customer service experience in a fast-paced environment Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and willingness to learn new systems Ability to manage competing deadlines and troubleshoot customer issuesFriendly, proactive, and team-oriented personality Experience in the agricultural or animal industry is advantageous but not essential Benefits of Working with Apiam Be part of a supportive and collaborative team culture Access to modern office facilities Work with a company that values innovation, teamwork, and customer excellence Generous veterinary clinic discounts for your own fur babies.
